eheh hello world!
im er back. from 4 days of tioman(:
safely! & i enjoyed myself greatly:D
yay i shall recount now!

DAY 1
reached school like 5.45am and dadada (oops shit im really becoming heng)
yuxuan came and couldnt go because she had flu! :(
i had too, as in much more serious the day before and luckily that morning i was better after eating the medicine from the clinic the night before.
long long ride and we watched just follow law on the bus!
then ferry ride which i slept for most of the time with shiya playing pokemon silver & caoyun composing songs with shaoting?
yeah then TIOMAN!<3 the water is clear la, but somehow it doesnt seem very uh those kind of pristine blue colour i saw in gold coast n uh the tangalooma island. hah. but still the water is quite clear!
walk walk to our melina beach resort! /: there was no aircon as guaranteed on the sheet of paper but well it IS very cold at night. contrary to libin n zexin who slept with no blanket or just complained its hot. oh yes my room is with them for the first 2 nights, & quekying (208) additional the last night!
we then had SNORKELLING! however the water wasnt as clear or sth, and all i saw was just the coral reefs and seaweeds & those plants. no fishes! :( anw i like almost died can. i really cant swim alr and i kept swallowing seawater from my nose and mouth and it was unbearable with my sore throat n cough lo. still i survived.

DAY 2
rainforest surveys!
wah took a long bumboat ride all the way to a main village in tioman, and walked & walked & walked & walked (x infinity)
really man i was DEAD tired.
walk walk walk all those boulders and rocks and steep slopes through the rainforest.
first site was a secondary one, & me n cao n shiya did the maturity index using the relascope then primary forest did soil sample.
along the way we saw lots of creatures like the tractor millipede? some reptiles too
hah then we walked all the way back again.
it was really tiring.
as in, tired till youre like numbed alr.
when we reached back the resort i was attempting to wash my trousers from first day then i was like dripping so much sweat like i just bathed and i dint even realise it man. till i looked in the mirror :o

AH yes i forgot about my dream on the first night.
its absolutely absurd i tell u man.
i dreamt that there was a romeo n juliet play & i was acting in it and it is the acting day alr, then i havent even rmb all the crap lines! then the curtains and i couldnt really rmb the lines i had (but i know there really were actual lines in my dream) then i was reading from my script-.-
then erh after the play my mother came and said it was awful and i replied by saying i know or sth like that.
then zoom to another scene in this huge shopping centre like thing.
hm i was contemplating if i should eat kfc?! then i was walking around and i finally left and dint buy kfc-.-!
THEN i dreamt and saw chongmin O.o!!!
not exactly in a positive light tho. she was following me around the centre, and i told her what i need time to dno what and we should be alone or sth. AS THOUGH we were a couple omg.
then walk walk walk she kept following
then i dreamt of rania! omg the same thing except hers was shorter than chongmin and i rmbed a long long escalator and then the shopping centre then close or sth-.-
so crap then i woke up.
this is really a mad dream.
okay nvm on to

DAY 3
rivers!
we again, walk walk walk through a forest again to reach a village called paya and man there was even a part when we had to grab onto a rope and go down slowly!
saw snakes! & insects throughout the walk too!
at upper course we did the full bank length and etc, measuring the depth n everything, and we ate lunch in the river!
haha sitting on the boulders and putting our feet in the clear cooling shallow waters! there were small shrimps that come onto our feet! aha so ticklish and nice tooo
then at middle course i did river velocity with melissa! i dint intend to get wet really and in the end i got wet till my waist man/:
there were like pondskaters, small fishes, frogs, water snake!, beetles, dragonfly nymphs, and etc. oh and wasp which bit jiayun from 213.
3 on her head n 1 on her finger. it was quite nasty and she had to be sent to the hospital and be on drip cos she vomitted a lot. but still, she returned at night:)
then at lower course was at a mangrove! it was low tide so we could all see the little fiddler crabs all crawling back to their little holes! so cute and there was hermit crabs, frogs, fishes, and etc.
uh walk back to resort again.
night walk is damn cool walking through the forest with torchlights,
and there was a scene when we were walking at the beach, then faraway in the forest were a few coconut trees sticking out of the canopy, then a kelugo spread its wings and glided from a tree to another and the moon was like, big bright and round it was just soooo breathtaking and simply one word-beautiful.
if only i had a camera and captured that moment of beauty! it could easily be a postcard for tioman man.
i think it'll be etched forever in my mind. really. it was just so beautiful, peaceful and heartwarming. it shows so much of the nature in tioman and our guides said that the malaysian gov is cutting away all the rainforest to make an air strip, and all those forests, with its living creatures will be all gone.
its just so angry and u feel for every living creature in the beautiful forest.
that scene just gotta be the most memorable thing in this trip.
you feel so happy, and sad for it, knowing soon no one will be able to see that view.
oh well. moving on.

ah then since it was the last night the other room came to our room and mel shiya zexin n i played taiti? and cheat till 12.30! :x it was fun:)

DAY 4
snorkelling in the morning!
however, however,
i dint do it.
i went into the water and really it was cooling, so clear and pretty but as soon as i dunked my head into it i suddenly like, couldnt breath with my mouth! just dont feel like snorkelling then and thus went back to the shore.
well apparently some said they never saw anything much, and cao said there was pressure there actually, and u feel sick.
i suppose i should be lucky cos that, plus my nervousness, the mere thought of how deep the water is, and i cant really swim, will really freak me out. really.

tioman is really a beautiful place, really, but apparently all those nature will disappear soon, and become modernised. its sad, all those creatures i saw, the rivers, the wonderful big trees, all the walks (yes even the tiring walks) soon all the people wont be able to experience it.
all the people are all so friendly, and warming to us. many, just passers-by or shopkeepers greeted us like hi girls and their smiles simply touch ur hearts.
really.
such a eye opening trip, altho 550 and no aircon, i would go again man, really.
just to see the kelugo gliding past under the moon,
just to hear and see the clear waters rushing down,
just to feel the warmth of the people there,
just to walk all those walks again.
